Is Khata.pk free?
Yes, the Android app is free to download from Google Play, and you sign in to the website with the same account.
Do I need internet?
Not on the phone: the Android app works offline and sends your entries up when you reconnect. The website needs a connection.
Who can see my khata?
Only you and the people you add to your shop. Each shop's records are kept apart in your account.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Add them as staff or as a branch manager: staff can record entries but can't delete anything.
Is the website the same as the app?
Yes — same khata, same customers, same stock. Whatever you enter on one shows on the other.
